    • One 60-minute communications planning meeting

    • Monthly 4–6 week communications roadmap

    • Campaign messaging for key initiatives and events within normal monthly capacity

    • Up to 4 email copy projects

    • Up to 4 text/SMS copy projects

    • Up to 8 social post copy projects

    • Up to 4 stage scripts, announcement sets, presentation, or event copy projects

    • Copy for up to 2 basic website page/section updates

    • Ongoing brand stewardship: voice, terminology, messaging, and visual consistency

    • One merch or promotional concept per quarter, including concept, messaging, and creative direction

    • Ongoing communications guidance via email

    • Quarterly communications strategy review

    Service Standards

    • Designed around approximately 8–10 hours of monthly client delivery

    • Typical response within one business day

    • Typical deliverable turnaround of approximately 3 business days, depending on scope

    • One reasonable revision round per deliverable

    • Unused monthly capacity does not roll over

    • Client work and meetings are generally scheduled Monday–Thursday

    • Requests requiring less than 2 business days are considered rush requests and are subject to availability and an additional fee

    Important Boundary

    • The Support provides communications partnership and copy/messaging support; it does not include full communications department ownership, unlimited requests, routine social posting/scheduling, full website management, staff management, or unlimited meetings.

    Commitment

    • 3-month initial commitment; month-to-month thereafter with 30 days' notice. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance.

    Capacity & Boundaries

    • Base engagement is designed around up to approximately 20 hours of fractional communications leadership and services per month

    • Organizations requiring substantially more involvement may be quoted at $5,500–$7,500+ per month based on scope

    • Graphic production, photography, video production, merch production, printing, and on-site event execution are not automatically included
